What we keep, and why.

This Privacy Policy explains what 247365 AI (“247365 AI”, “we”) collects when you use 247365ai.com (the “Site”), why, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. Clients and creators who engage us are covered additionally by their written agreement. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Information you give us.

• Business Automation Audit and blueprint: your name, email, phone (optional), business name, industry, the platforms you select, your answers, and the results we compute from them.
• Client intake: your answers to the intake questionnaire and any files you upload.
• Audience Independence Platform application: your name, email, phone (optional), main platform and channel URL, subscriber range, whether you have been demonetized, the platforms you post on and want to grow, total audience range, your biggest concern, and notes.
• Questions on the demo hub: the text of a question you ask a video or the catalog. We do not attach your identity to it.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps) to run and secure the Site. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics cookies on the Site. The Site may use browser storage only for interface state (for example, remembering a step in a form); it never stores personal information there.

What the demo hub does not collect. The “Get alerts” opt-in form on the demo hub is a demonstration. It stores nothing you type. The audience list, map and statistics shown in the demo “admin” view are invented data, not real people.

• to respond to your audit, intake or application, and to contact you about it and about our services at the email or phone you provided;
• to prepare estimates, blueprints and proposals for you;
• to generate answers to questions asked on the demo hub, and to understand what people ask so we can improve the product;
• to operate, secure, debug and improve the Site;
• to comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers. We use these providers to run the Site, and they process data on our behalf under their own terms:

• Cloudflare — hosting, networking and security. Sees all traffic to the Site.
• Supabase — the database where form submissions, intake uploads, demo transcripts and demo questions are stored.
• Anthropic — AI processing. Receives video transcripts and the text of questions asked on the demo hub, and the inputs needed to generate audit results. It does not receive your name, email or phone.
• Apify — retrieves publicly available captions for videos shown on the demo hub.
• Google / YouTube API Services — supplies public channel and video information for the demo hub. Google’s handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Playing a video through the embedded player is subject to YouTube’s own terms and privacy practices, including any cookies YouTube sets in its player.
• Logo image services — return the logo of a software platform by its domain name, so the Site can show the platform’s mark. They receive the domain name requested, not your information.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer, in which case this Policy continues to apply.

The demo hub uses YouTube API Services to display a creator’s publicly available channel and video information. That information is cached briefly to keep the page fast and is refreshed automatically; we do not retain YouTube API data beyond 30 days, and we do not combine it with your personal information. By using the demo hub you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Insights and search on the demo are derived from publicly available captions, not from the API. A creator or rights holder can have a channel removed from the demo by emailing legal@247365ai.com.

• Audit, intake and application submissions: until you ask us to delete them, or until we determine they are no longer needed, whichever comes first. If you become a client, retention follows your agreement.
• Server logs: retained by our hosting provider for a limited period for security and debugging.
• Demo hub questions: kept as anonymous text for product improvement.
• YouTube API data: refreshed continuously and not retained beyond 30 days.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, by emailing privacy@247365ai.com. We will verify the request and respond within 30 days. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text.

If you are in California, the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection rights, those rights (including access, deletion, portability, objection and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them) are available to you through the same email. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

All traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit. Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database that the public Site can write to but cannot read; reading requires credentials held only by us. Administrative pages are password-protected. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as the law requires.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top is the date of the latest version. Material changes will be posted on the Site before they take effect.
