The agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and 247365 AI (“247365 AI”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of 247365ai.com and every page, form, tool and demonstration on it (together, the “Site”). By visiting or using the Site you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit any form on it. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

What the Site is

In shortA marketing site with a few interactive tools and a live demonstration. Nothing on it is a contract to build anything.

The Site describes the systems 247365 AI builds for businesses and creators. It includes:

The Business Automation Audit, the stack cost calculator and the blueprint. Interactive estimates based on the answers you give and the platforms you select.
The client intake. A questionnaire for businesses that have engaged us, with optional file uploads.
The Audience Independence Platform application (“Secure your audience”). An application to join a founding cohort.
The demo hub. A working demonstration of the Audience Independence Platform built on a creator’s public YouTube channel, described in section 5.

Every number, estimate, savings figure, score and projection on the Site is illustrative. It is based on assumptions and on the inputs you provide, and it is not a quote, a promise of results, or a guarantee of savings. Actual outcomes depend on your business and on a separate written agreement.

Forms, applications and the founding cohort

In shortSubmitting a form is a request to talk. It doesn't create an engagement, and pricing is agreed separately in writing.

When you submit the audit, the intake, or the application, you agree that the information is accurate and yours to share, and you consent to us contacting you at the email address and phone number you provide about your submission and our services. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Submitting a form does not create an engagement, a subscription, a founding seat, or any obligation on our part. Acceptance into any program, the scope of any build, and all pricing are set out in a separate written agreement that you will sign before any work begins or any payment is due. Where the Site describes program features (for example, no revenue share on supporter payments, data export, custom domains), those descriptions are our intent for the program and are confirmed in that agreement.

Estimates and AI-generated content

In shortOur tools and our AI make things up from the inputs they're given. Check anything important before you act on it.

Parts of the Site are generated by software, including large language models: audit results, blueprints, the insight panels, chapters, quotes, references, action steps, suggested clips and answers to questions on the demo hub. Generated content can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, can misattribute a quote, and can miss context. It is provided for information and demonstration only. It is not business, legal, financial, tax, medical or spiritual advice, and it does not represent the views of any creator whose public content it summarizes. Verify anything you intend to rely on against the original source.

The demo hub and YouTube

In shortThe demo shows a real public channel through YouTube's own player. It isn't the creator's site and isn't endorsed by them or by YouTube. Rights holders can have it taken down with one email.

The demo hub renders a creator’s publicly available YouTube channel the way the Audience Independence Platform would render it for a creator who has joined. It exists to demonstrate the product.

It is not the creator’s site. The creator has not endorsed, sponsored or reviewed it unless the page says otherwise. Any opt-in form on the demo stores nothing. Any “admin” view uses invented, clearly fictional audience data.
Videos play through the official YouTube embedded player. We do not host, copy, download or re-stream any video. Views, watch time and engagement are recorded by YouTube on the creator’s channel.
Channel and video information (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, counts) comes from YouTube API Services. By using the demo hub you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
Insights and search are derived from the videos’ publicly available captions and are AI-generated as described in section 4. They are commentary and summary for demonstration; the underlying content belongs to the creator.
Takedown. If you are the creator or a rights holder and want a channel removed from the demo, email legal@247365ai.com. We remove it promptly, normally the same business day, no questions asked.

Acceptable use

In shortUse the Site like a person, not like a bot or an attacker.

You agree not to:

scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content, data or transcripts from the Site, or use it to build a competing dataset or product;
submit forms or questions with automation, or submit false, misleading or third-party information;
probe, overload, bypass or interfere with the Site, its rate limits, its authentication or its infrastructure;
use the demo hub or its answers to defame, impersonate or harass any creator or person;
reproduce or redistribute the Site’s design, copy, code or generated content except as these Terms allow.

We may limit, suspend or block access to the Site at any time for any conduct we believe breaches these Terms.

Intellectual property

In shortThe site is ours. Creators' videos are theirs. Third-party logos belong to their owners and identify software we replace or integrate.

The Site, including its design, text, code, marks, graphics, the 24/7·365 mark and the “Built. Not subscribed.” line, is owned by 247365 AI or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify or reuse it beyond that without written permission.

Videos, captions, titles, thumbnails and channel art shown on the demo hub belong to their creators and to YouTube under their respective terms. Third-party names and logos shown on the Site (for example, names of software platforms) are the property of their owners, are shown to identify those products, and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

If you send us feedback or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation to you.

Third-party services and links

In shortParts of the Site run on other companies' services and link to other sites. Their terms apply there, not ours.

The Site is delivered through third-party infrastructure and services, including hosting and networking (Cloudflare), a database (Supabase), AI processing (Anthropic), caption retrieval (Apify), YouTube API Services (Google), and logo image services. Links from the Site, including the social links on the demo hub, lead to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any third-party service or site, and your use of them is governed by their terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY ESTIMATE, SCORE, INSIGHT, ANSWER, CLIP OR PROJECTION IS CORRECT, COMPLETE OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of liability

In shortIf something on this free site costs you money, our liability is capped at $100.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 247365 AI AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, CONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE, HOWEVER CAUSED AND UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). Services purchased under a separate written agreement are governed by that agreement’s liability terms, not this section.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 247365 AI and its owners, officers and contractors from any claim, loss, liability and expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your submissions, or your misuse of the Site.

Changes and termination

In shortWe can change the Site and these Terms. The date at the top tells you when we last did.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including removing a channel from the demo hub. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date; continued use after that date is acceptance. Sections 7 through 13 survive any termination.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at legal@247365ai.com and give us 30 days to resolve it. Any claim that cannot be resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, United States, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement about the Site.
